“Was able to meet all the directors from different parts of the world associated with the organization. Including Asia and of course the Philippines! Represent! Can’t wait to work more with them soon,” Pia wrote on Instagram. “For those of you who don’t know, Smile Train is a charity that performs cleft repair surgery for children. They work and empower local doctors in more than 85 countries. The procedure is 100% free. All for the love of giving children the confidence to smile.”
